Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Carefully pack your unworn boots back into their original Merry People box and include all original tags and inserts.

Label and Ship

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new pair within 5-7 business days.
